Origin of products
All items are entirely handmade in the EU, in the Hungarian city of Pécs, which is famous for its long and rich tradition of high-quality leather goods exported worldwide. Pécs-made leather products have even been worn by celebrities like Madonna and Lady Gaga.

International pricing is calculated automatically according to the current rate of exchange between the EUR prices on our website and the local currency of the specified shipping destination of yours.
All prices on our site include import taxes and duties. No extra fees on delivery. Local customs laws may apply.
For orders shipping to the US, Sales Tax will be charged at checkout on orders shipping to the following states:

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Yes, all our packages are insured throughout the whole transit until it reaches you.
Your confirmation email will provide you with a tracking number that will allow you to track your order via the relevant courier company.

Personalised products are any products which have been personalized/customized/tailored/monogrammed to your specifications. These products (when delivered as described and in good condition) cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned after the order has been placed.
Product Care
For light cleaning on any non-suede section, we recommend spot cleaning
with a leather cleaner, which can be purchased at a drugstore or cobbler. Please test any products you are applying to the bag in an inconspicuous spot first to make sure you are okay with the final result before applying to the whole bag. A cobbler or leather professional will be able to deep clean your bag in the event that is needed.
Do not use any chemicals, detergents or alcohol, it will seriously damage the product!
Scratching and damage can occur while using any leather product, so please be sure to use your items with care. Annamaria Pap is not responsible for damage caused by normal wear and tear, such as cratching or staining on the outside or inside of the bag.
When not in use, please be sure to store in a cool, dry area in the dustbag provided with your purchase. In the event that your bag gets wet, please be sure to air dry before further use or storage.
If possible do not store the product in direct sunlight for an extensive period without using a dustbag.
